  • Diaphragmatic breathing, also known as deep breathing or belly breathing, is a technique that involves using the diaphragm muscle to inhale and exhale.

  • Deep breathing that comes from your core or belly can have calming effects in the way it engages your mind and body. This type of breathing is perfect to have in your toolkit for a variety of situations.

  • Qigong and yoga are both mind-body practices that use breath and movement to improve health and well-being. Qigong originated in China, while yoga originated in India. These videos use movements integrated between the two.

  • Both practices use breath to move energy, invoke a meditative state, and aim to improve body health and quiet the mind. You can choose a video that targets your goals.

  • Tea is a great alternative for anyone trying to adjust their caffeine intake. Sipping tea is a great way for anyone looking to try mindfulness. We love that tea is a natural product with a variety of uses, such as energy or relaxation.
